With deep knowledge of seafood and decades of experience in Japan and around the world, Susumu is a true craftsman in fish processing.His passion lies in carefully handling each fish and drawing out its natural umami through refined techniques.

Driven by his desire to bring delicious fish to people in Singapore, Susumu insists on no MSG, preserving the authentic flavor of every product.

    Although MSG is commonly used worldwide for food preservation, we have chosen to exclude it from all our products. While this may cause our seafood to expire sooner, we make use of technologically advanced methods to ensure our products remain fresh and safe for consumption. Our approach not only preserves the freshness of our seafood, but also aligns with our strong moral commitment to offer fresh, delicious, and filling seafood products for people of all ages and backgrounds.

    We rely on traditional Japanese methods to season and prepare our seafood, using natural ingredients such as salt, soy sauce, sugar, and Konbudashi (Kelp stock).
