The fish that we buy are directly from the North Atlantic, and it is eventually sent over to Singapore to be processed and sold. As most of you may be aware, Japan has a vast variety of seafood dishes, and every unique dish is different from one another. This includes dishes such as Sushi, Yakizakana (Grilled fish), Nizakana (Simmered fish), Himono (Dried fish), Enzou (Salted fish) etc…
